Back To Basics
These cocktails started it all.  The Classics, if you will; some with a Harry’s twist.  We proudly feature homemade sours, syrups, and fresh lime juice.  No pre-mixed concentrates.  Just as the Classics intended.

 


The Martini – Harry’s proudly features Bombay Sapphire Gin and premium vermouth.  Stirred with ice and served in a chilled glass with a single bleu cheese olive.

The Sidecar – Korbel Brandy, homemade sour, orange liqueur, stirred over ice and strained into a sugar-rimmed martini glass scented with orange bitters.

The Gimlet – Harry’s proudly features Van Gogh Triple Wheat vodka, served over ice with fresh squeezed lime juice.

The Collins – Bombay Dry Gin, homemade sour, sugar syrup, sparkling water and a dash of Milwaukee’s own Blackstrap bitters.

The Champagne – Dry Champagne, a sugar cube, and orange bitters.

The Margarita – Patron tequila, homemade sour, fresh lime juice, orange liqueur.

The Old Fashioned – Makers Mark bourbon, muddled orange and cherry to order, homemade simple syrup, Blackstrap bitters 6

Somewhere in the Middle
These cocktails take some of the later classics, throw them in shaker with a few new ingredients, shake them up, and we’re pretty excited about the result.

 


The Hemmingway – Bacardi rum, fresh muddled strawberries, amaretto, and homemade sour

The Julep – Sapphire gin, muddled blackberries and basil, sparkling water

The Russian – Van Gogh Double Chocolate vodka, coffee liqueur, Irish cream, Chambord,  stirred over ice

The Mojito – Bacardi rum, muddled mint, fresh lime juice, sparling water

The Cucumber Cup – Cucumber vodka, fresh lime juice, ginger beer, watermelon liqueur

The Apple Fizz – Van Gogh Appel vodka, apple juice, fresh lime juice, club soda

The Bellini – Prosecco, Van Gogh peach vodka, fresh lemon juice, maraschino liqueur

The Rob Roy – Dewars White Label scotch, select dry vermouth, orange bitters

The Sangria – A blend of white or red wines with brandy, orange liqueur, simple syrup, and seasonal fruits and herbs.  Ask your server about this season’s selection.  Served by the goblet or, if you want to share, by the carafe.  Quickly becoming a Harry’s signature.

 


The Here and Now
The modern-day cocktails. Today’s cocktailers demand fresh ingredients and premium spirits. Basically, they’re not drinking more; they’re drinking better.

 


The Beach Sunday – Van Gogh Cool Peach vodka, Chambord, and cranberry juice with a splash of fresh lime.  Served in a chilled martini glass with a swirl of bubbly.

The Raspberry Caparinha – Cane sugar liqueur served over ice with muddled raspberries and sugar.

The Alexander’s Sister – Bombay Sapphire gin, green crème de menthe and light cream served on the rocks.

The Juicy Pear – Grey Goose La Poire, organic honey, fresh lime juice and St Germain Elderflower liqueur.  Served in a chilled martini glass.

The Chocolate Slo-Poke – Van Gogh Double Chocolate and vanilla vodkas, Godiva caramel liqueur, Frangelico.  Served in a chocolate-swirled martini glass.

The Bitter Lemon Bracer – Van Gogh citron vodka, orange juice, lemon juice, ginger beer and orange bitters.  Served on the rocks with a twist of lemon and orange.

The Monkey Wrench – Bacardi rum, grapefruit juice and Blackstrap bitters.  Served in a tall Collins glass.

The Shorewood Swizzle – Van Gogh Orange vodka, orange bitters, honey, sugar, fresh lime juice, and a splash of soda.  Served  over ice.

The Devil’s Tail – Bacardi rum, Van Gogh orange vodka, fresh lime juice, grenadine, apricot liqueur, all shaken and strained into a chilled martini glass.  Served with a lemon twist.

The Whiskey River – Seagrams 7 Crown whiskey, muddled limes and mint, served over ice in a Collins glass topped with cranberry juice.

The Arizona Sunset – Patron tequila, orange liqueur, fresh lime juice, orange juice and Blackstrap bitters served over ice in a tall Collins glass.
